The Team

Who are we? You can take a look at our headshots and find out! They partially and powerfully answer this question. Do we look approachable? Genuine? (Hopefully your answer is yes, but you get the point!) By revealing ourselves and what we look like, we are no longer just an anonymous name in a business. We have taken a small but significant step in how you see us. That is the power of a Branding Portrait!

  • Jo Menneer

    Joint CEO & Design Consultant

As a founder of a business myself, I love supporting other businesses. I am especially passionate about supporting other women in business and understand the importance of confidence in what we do. My background as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Life Coach influences a lot of our ethos; removing self-limiting beliefs and examining how we talk to ourselves can remove so many obstacles! When I’m not in the studio I am either listening to a new self-development teaching, walking our dog Jaspa, cooking a new recipe - or curled up in front of a box set with a large glass of red and a bar of dark chocolate!

  • Neill Menneer

    Joint CEO & Head Photographer

I have been a photographer all my life. After completing my degree in photography at Guildford (with a distinction!!) I won the Observer Photographic award and this gave me the confidence to go freelance. I subsequently worked regularly in London for some of the UK’s top magazines including Harpers and Queen and all the colour supplements. Jo and I came to Bath in 1987 but it was not until 2007 that we moved into our present studio. Since then we have won many business/Photographic awards (Bath Life, SWPP and Click Corporation) and hope that this reflects our dedication to customer service and the quality of our work. We have created the perfect photographic environment in The Old Methodist Church and have furnished two separate but distinct studios, two of which are dedicated solely to Boudoir. I still have a genuine passion for photography and love nothing more than creating art works for all the wonderful people I meet.

  • Jesse Loughborough

    Production Manager & Photographer

I love collaborating with clients to create beautiful artwork that make people happy and feel great about themselves. As a father of twins I understand that life can sometimes pass you by if you're not careful and it is so important to make time for and embrace all your roles in life. In fact one of the things I love most about my job is seeing the positive impact we often have on people’s lives when they allow us to remind them that there's more to them than just their job/kids/responsibilities. I have been with the company since 2002 and in my dual role as photographer and production manager means I’m in the lucky position of working with people’s photos from shutter release to product completion. When I'm not at the studio I try my best to be a good father to the twins and husband to my wife. I still manage to enjoy photography as a hobby and my wife and I also play softball in Bristol during the summer months.

  • Jess Blackwell

    Studio Manager & Design Consultant

I work here helping with the marketing and running of the studio, and you’ll also find me on the end of the phones and in the Design Consultation room! It is such a beautiful thing to help create a photo of someone that they are proud of. It’s a real gift! Outside of work, you’ll probably find me doing one of three things – adding to my ridiculously extensive earring collection, reading a Fantasy book, or most likely, following a cat down a street. (Don’t tell Jaspa the studio dog)

  • Shannon Eeles

Make Up Artist & Discovery Call Executive

I have been a makeup artist for a couple of years now, I love being able to help people feel incredible, whatever the occasion. Since being here at the studio, I have met and spoken to a lot of people who are looking to boost their confidence. A journey I have also been on myself. It’s incredible seeing the transformation from the first phone call to walking out of the studio. I’m so lucky I get to be a part of this transformation as a hair and makeup artist. Outside of work I’ll either be sat getting creative with makeup, or I’ll be in the cinema with a tonne of chocolate!
